Product Details

YG Series Tungsten Carbide Composite Welding Rods are made by mixing granular tungsten carbide particles as the hard phase with copper alloy or nickel alloy as the bonding phase, then sintered at high temperature.

Clean, Polish & Dry

Rods are surface-cleaned, precision-ground and dried to meet dimensional tolerances.

Quality Inspection

Hardness, TRS, density and dimensional checks performed on every batch.
